Visual identity polish — Refined brand surfaces across all five tabs. Light backgrounds, navy headlines, gold accents. No more heavy navy washes.AI voice and photo enhancements — Improved transcription accuracy on trade terms. Photo capture now flags fixture counts and surface conditions with higher confidence.QuickBooks Sandbox sync stable — Two-way sync verified across invoices, AR aging, and account mapping. Estimate readiness scoring — Five-point checklist gates the send button. Client info, address, project type, items added, contingency set.Structured permit types — Plumbing, HVAC, and Plan Review now exist as named line types instead of being lumped under misc.Save-as-template flow — Any estimate can be saved as a job assembly for one-tap reuse.
Pricing Mode toggle — Switch between Retail (client-facing) and Trade-Wholesale (sub-facing) views of the same estimate.Expanded contingency options — Added 5%, 15%, and 20% to the existing 10% default.
